What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?
When you choose to use or register on our site to receive information about our services, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience, they may be broadly described as General Information and Personal Information.
General Information: We receive general information from you as a result of your visits to, and use of, the website. This general information does not identify you personally, and can include information such as your IP address, the length of time you spend on the site, your browsing history, and other such ‘General Information’. This is statistical information about visitors browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.

This information will be transmitted to us via email and onto a CRM system, and facilitates your use of the website and helps us to provide you with the best level of service.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form or enter information on our site.
Collection of IP Address
Our web server automatically collects your IP address when you visit our site (your IP address is your computer’s unique address that lets other computers attached to the Internet know where to send data, but does not identify you individually). We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to compile statistics on site usage.
How is your information used?

Your personal information is initially available only to members of Knowledge Zone members and with our partners, who have a need to know it. We may share your information with independent consultants and tutors who work with us to provide services to you, if appropriate. It will not be available for public inspection without your consent. Access is given only to those qualified professionals who provide the company services consistent with your interactions with our site. This includes:

Where is the information stored?
Information which you submit via the website or offline is held on a computer located in the emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, and transferred to an online CRM for tracking and organizational purpose to ensure the best service is provided.
Do we use ‘cookies’?
- Help remember and process the items in the shopping cart or online forms.
- Understand and save user’s preferences for future visits.
- Compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions in order to offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third-party services that track this information on our behalf.
